Baby Björn x T(O)NM

Baby Björn x T(O)NM

As I have made abundantly clear (a number of times), Pete, Bub and I have been insanely busy of late. Every weekend there has been a wedding, or a family trip away, or a dinner – something, EVERYTHING. Last weekend was the beginning of what we are now affectionately calling our ‘nesting period’. We are blissfully free every weekend for the foreseeable future and, as such, have started to get things ready around the house for Bub’s arrival.

In a very exciting turn of events, I am honoured and completely humbled to officially announce my collaborative partnership with Baby Björn, one of the world’s leading brands in all things baby, and just from reading their ‘About’ page, you can see why they are industry leaders. Even before I fell pregnant I was completely aware the Baby Björn are the brand. With a proven history since the 60s, Baby Björn develop high-quality (understatement), safe, durable – and rather sexy – products from baby carriers and bouncers right through to bibs and booster seats.

Visually, I love their products and their simple, uncomplicated design. Offering clean, contemporary designs that withstand trend after trend, there are absolutely no unnecessary features across their range and every product is perfectly suited for both mums and dads.

To kickstart our partnership, Baby Björn generously gifted me the Baby Carrier One (Pete and I chose the denim grey/dark grey cotton mix) and the Bouncer Bliss (and for this one we chose the sand grey cotton). Pete and I were both equally excited when the packages arrived, which saw Pete immediately testing the carrier and walking around the house in it. Though we still need to wait sixteen weeks (give or take) before we can use these products, we are already completely besotted with them. Seriously, we just stood there staring at them for five minutes after Pete took off the carrier. The carrier is comfortable and oh-so-simple to put on, remove and adjust, and the bouncer is lightweight and looks so comfortable that I would really appreciate it if it were available in my size.

Both of these products will feature in The (Oblivious) New Mama‘s  first product review round-up as Pete and I prepare for the arrival of our baby. Later down the track, stay tuned for my review of each of these products (as well as adorable photos of Bub using them!).

I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to Baby Björn for the opportunity to work with them and for the incredible products. So. Freaking. Excited.
